  • For pricing or cost questions, include your country and currency code (for example USD or CAD).
  • If you are a food business, include your service type (dine-in / takeout / delivery).
  • Support replies follow Taiwan time (UTC+8).

FAQ

  • Where is my data stored? All data is stored locally on your device by default. No account is needed to start, and if you enable sync, data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • How do I back up or restore? Export/import is not available yet. Data remains on your device and can be deleted via Settings → Reset data.
  • How do I update the app? iOS via TestFlight, Android via Google Play testing link. Windows builds are on GitHub Releases.
  • How do I restore purchases? Use Settings → Restore purchases.
  • How does cost calculation work? We calculate unit cost from purchase price and quantity, then multiply by amount used for each ingredient.
  • Do you support prep items (sub-recipes)? Yes. Add another recipe as a prep item and costs are calculated recursively.
  • Can I contact support in English? Yes. English support is available. For pricing or cost questions, include your country and currency code (for example USD or CAD) for a faster, more accurate reply.
  • Bug report / feature request Please include platform, OS version, app version/build, and reproduction steps via email.

Trash

Deleted items move to Trash first. You can restore or permanently delete them via Settings → Trash.
